Pancakes
Ingridients
- 1 egg
- 200 ml Almond milk
- 200 ml Boiling water
- 1 cup / 160 g Flour
- 1 tb.sp. Sugar
- 2 tb.sp. Vegetable oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Beat up the egg with a pinch of salt, add almond milk
- Mix in flour until there the batter has no lumps
- While keeping mixing, slowly add boiling water
- Add vegetable oil
- Let rest for ~10 minutes before frying 1-2 on each side until golden
