Ingredients
- Herring - to taste
- Eggs - 2
- Carrots - 2 large or 3 small
- Beets - 4
- Potatoes - 5 small
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
Preparation
- Boil the beets for 30 minutes after boiling, then leave them in hot water for another 30 minutes. Peel and grate.
- Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes after boiling, add the carrots, and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove immediately, peel, and grate.
- Boil the eggs, peel, and chop.
- Chop the herring.
